Our consultants assist senior leaders in identifying and implementing permanent improvements. This includes strategy development, productivity improvement programs, and organizational development.

The job

Our consultants at all levels have a steep learning curve through daily challenging tasks, and we invest in supplying them with the best tools to meet those challenges and to continuously grow professionally.

The focus of the job, is to deliver the content of our programmes in smaller or bigger groups, to teach, to coach individuals and to support and improve development in general.

We are looking for a Talent Development Professional to:

  • Improve and develop our training architecture in cooperation with our Leadership
  • Deliver our current training modules to develop, coach and grow our talent on their path to becoming leaders
  • Conduct training modules for different tenure-level of consultants as they grow from analysts into problem solvers, into trusted advisors for our clients
  • Conduct individual personal and professional coaching of consultants

Our development programmes contain modules of personal development, presentation skills, conflict handling, giving and receiving feedback, communicating with impact, handling client and team situations, conducting team meetings, managing own team and developing your own leadership style.

You will refer directly to our partner group and work closely with leadership in delivering the modules and developing our talent.

We are open to discussing both full- and part-time solutions for the right candidate.


You have a clear understanding of how management consultants work, maybe from previous experience with working in management consulting or conducting training within professional services.

Your educational background might be from psychology, rhetoric, communication, strategy and organization or maybe you have a track record from being a leader and understanding how to work with many stakeholders.

You are an experienced professional and you have an interest in developing and coaching employees to reach their full potential.

You are a confident and respected presenter, teacher and coach, knows how to get your message across, and have a proven track record of working with people development.

You are a certified coach and maybe also a certified MBTI facilitator and trainer and have excellent skills in presenting in English verbally and written.
